Step by step guide to participate at the third Career Fair on Second Life on November 27:

1. Register on www.working-worlds.com and submit your CV. You will be contacted by potential employers or recruitment agencies to set an interview time.

2. If you have not been contacted personally, do come and visit the job fair on second-life.com at the Luxembourg Business Island. You will then have the opportunity to contact potential employers directly.

3. Meanwhile, please check your equipment and create your Avatar on Second Life and get used to handle it correctly.

4. Kick-start the search for a new job from behind your computer on November 27!

PS. The biggest mistake in interviewing is not being fully prepared.... MAKE SURE YOU'RE WELL PREPARED!

I had planned to visit the Luxembourg Virtual Job Fair to report my impressions on my Second Life blog. Tired of being a disposable system administrator at the University for Foreigners in Perugia, without any good career opportunity ahead, I was looking for a new job, and the fair was therefore a chance for me to look around.
